We identified the specific data points needed to fulfill the requirements of the new strategy, working closely with thirdparty documentation, Adact Medical’s industry expertise, and our own data knowledge. This collaborative approach ensured that the necessary data was captured accurately and efficiently, forming the backbone of the new system.
Understanding that a successful project requires the right team, we evaluated Adact Medical’s internal data talent to ensure they had the skills needed to achieve the project’s goals. Where gaps were identified, we provided training and support to upskill the team, ensuring everyone was equipped to contribute effectively to the project’s success.
